Our licensed health care professionals are the most under appreciated,  overworked and underpaid professions in the USA!!   Most of you are on your feet endlessly and not able to get the nurturing you need to keep yourself strong.   We have created this forum for you who are licensed healthcare professionals.   We want you to have a seat, be pampered, be fed and get recharged during the weekend of June 5-June 6th.   There will always be sick in need tending, but we will only have one YOU!  Would you  take a moment to allow us to take care of you???

Activities of the Weekend include:

• Wellness lecture both days by L. Deanna Howard
• Choice of 3 of 6 of the following services:
• Reiki, Reflexology, Iridology, Massage, Foot Detox , Health Assessment
• Includes light breakfast & healthy lunch with beverage
• Film Screening on Health & Nutrition

 

                                  Meet the Practitioner

Dr. L. Deanna Howard's mission is to help women take control of their health and wellness by promoting healthy foods and lifestyle choices.

Dr. Howard is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in NY & NJ for over 13 years.  Her passion for obtaining health and wellness using natural modalities has been an integral part of her clinical care from the outset.  She received a bachelor's degree in biology from NYU and a medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School.
 
Dr. Howard saw the benefits that yoga, meditation, healthy eating and herbs had on the body as a teenager.  Her education in natural remedies and healing, like Reiki, Chi Gong, and aromatherapy, continued throughout the subsequent years.  Dr. Howard is certified in Reiki and Health Counseling.

Health counseling allows ample time to help women address issues such as weight loss, improved energy, stress management and controlling cravings.  Increasingly food is being recognized as medicine in the U.S.  Food can heal the body, Dr. Howard's support will guide you to the tools your body needs to do so.
